Refund policy

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, you have the option of returning your item within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

In the case of returns, the full price will be reimbursed after we receive back the goods in saleable condition. The costs of the return will be borne by us.

Please allow us up to 14 days for this. 

Items purchased as gifts can only be refunded with the permission of the original buyer along with proof of purchase. Refunds will only be made to the original buyer.

If you wish to return your order please ensure that you have proof of postage. Until we receive the goods, they are your property and you are responsible for them.

Manhattan Portage return - in a few steps:

1. Pack the package well and safely, put it in an outer box for protection. Please make sure you're returning the items in a saleable condition.
   
   
2. Enter your details in the return slip supplied, put the slip in the package and seal it.
   
   
3. Using one of the following links, please enter your details, after which you will receive a return label by email. Print out the label and stick it on the parcel or show the QR code in a DHL parcel shop.

4. Hand in your package at a DHL parcel shop or alternatively send it around the clock and without registration at a packing station.
   
   
5. As soon as we have received the goods, we will refund the corresponding amount within 3-5 working days.
   
   
6. Please keep the proof of sending as proof until the reimbursement.
